Biological gear system

Biological gear system :

Introduction : Biological gear system is human internal potential and effective energy mechanism  to understand internal strength to work and live happily. 

Principle

This principle is understood from the Gear system of Car.  A car has engine to burn fuel and convert to X amount of energy.  Now this X amount energy can be used with Gear system in following different way.

  1. First gear – maximum potential power but less effective locomotion energy.
  2. Second gear- comparative less  potential power energy compare to First gear but more effective locomotion energy.
  3. Third gear- - comparative less  potential power energy compare to Second gear but more effective locomotion energy.
  4. Fourth gear-- comparative less  potential power energy compare to third gear but more effective locomotion energy.
  5. Fifth gear-- comparative less  potential power energy compare to Fourth gear but more effective locomotion energy.

Hence – for  potential power we have trend as follows for decreasing potential power

First gear> Second gear>Third gear>Fourth gear>Fifth gear

For locomotion effective energy

First gear< Second gear<Third gear<Fourth gear<Fifth gear

Also fuel consumption is reduce and mileage is increase.

Biological gear system :

Human body also have cell where food (fuel)  energy is converted and stored as chemical energy.  Our body also work in following gear system. It may very individual to individual but still for simplicity we consider an average human have five biological gear system. There is difference in Car gear and biological gear. Car gear is manually and Biological gear is automatic. As you continue your job, body automatically convert to next suitable gear----so smile please.

 And from the above power and effective locomotion distribution changes as follows

 

Hence – for  potential power we have trend as follows for decreasing potential power

First gear> Second gear>Third gear>Fourth gear>Fifth gear

For locomotion effective energy

First gear< Second gear<Third gear<Fourth gear<Fifth gear

Also fuel consumption is reduce and mileage is increase.

Now consider how this work for following cases

  1. Jogging or physical exercise.

 

First gear

If you start jogging or physical execise, consider you are in first gear. You will have lot of potential power to do but effectively  you will do less compare to other already doing the same. You should not worry. It is default of nature. You should continue and develop momentum to go second gear. This will consume lot of power remember

Second gear

As you gain momentum, biological gear automatically convert to second gear. Here less energy is require but you perform better then first few days or first gear system,

 

Third gear

 

As you still continue, biological gear automatically convert you to third gear. Here still less energy is require but your performance improve further.

 

And so gear system keep updating.

 

From the above, you will be tired or try to stop from first week doing jogging, second week you will improve and third week you will go further. So on. 

 

So day by day you feel less fatigue as you gain momentum and develop stamina. So keep doing.

 

  1. Mental energy.

 

Consider learning ABCDE..XYZ  for simipicity.

 

During first four years, it’s like first gear. Child has lot of potential but does learning very slowly.

 

As child grow child biological gear changes and less and less energy is requiring more and more child learn easily.

 

As adult, you are in fifth gear and hence you feel ease to see ABC—XYZ compare to small child but you have less potential  energy to learn further  compare to small child. As fifth gear has less energy compare to first gear.
